Because malfunctions cannot be planned, Telemos offers your administrator(s) support when a malfunction occurs. Our  Strippenkaart supplies you in advance with a number of hours of support to be used when necessary. After each intervention, the time needed to assist you is deducted from your Strippenkaart per quarter of an hour. With our Strippenkaart you have the direct support of our Help Desk and you also get a substantial discount on the standard hourly rate.

Signing a help desk contract with Telemos ensures you of support during office hours (.08:30-17:00). This includes remote support.  Our remote support software enables us to take control of your computer after which you can sit back and watch while we solve your problem. For this Help Desk contract you pay a fixed monthly fee per device  in your IT environment, such as servers, work stations, printers etc.

In addition to our Help Desk contract, we also offer a comprehensive contract tailored to your needs, a Service Level Agreement. Compared to the Help Desk contract, the Service Level Agreement proactively  challenges problems. Clear agreements will be made about response time, systems management, application management and security. The Service Level Agreement offers unlimited use of our Help Desk for a predetermined number of workstations. You utilize the knowledge and experience of our specialists, which can give you additional benefits.
